Kolawole was born in Nigeria to an entrepreneurial family that owned several businesses, including a local store. This case study explains how a small cream cheese manufacturer's investment in a cup-filling solution and personalized service turned into substantial and long-term growth. Its investment in software applications has given it room to grow, and dispensing its spreadsheets and filing cabinets for good. All business areas are now fully integrated, providing enhanced inventory control as well as service delivery capacity. The result is significant savings in time, resources and costs. A large proportion of these — about 60 tons a day — is packaged under a modified atmosphere of carbon dioxide and nitrogen to keep the product fresh and improve its shelf life.
