It is here we see the cultural divergence of two vastly different communities.
An analysis was performed on the movie Remember the Titans, which was released in The analysis was completed in regard to understanding the dynamics of the story line and characters through the structure and human resource frames. Structural frames of this move included rationality, environment of the times, roles of characters, differentiation of beliefs, integration of races. Authoritarian - Authoritarian leadership style is where a leader has complete control and power over their team. They demonstrate their 'power' and 'control' by dictating policies and procedures, deciding what goals need to be achieved, and directs all activities to be done by the team.
